Staff Punishments

Punishment	Effects	Reasons
Warning	No effects, but next punishment will be a strike.	Given after the staff member did a minor mistake.
Strike	3 strikes may cause you to be suspended or fired, depending on the severity.	Given after the staff member cause issues, or make mistakes
Suspension	A suspended staff member may not go on-duty.	Given after the staff member reached 3 strikes, or caused a big scene.
Termination	Someone who was terminated is no longer staff.	Given after a staff member reached 3 strikes, or have made terrible mistakes.
Blacklist	A person who was blacklisted may not be staff for a certain time	Given after a staff member was terminated three times, or have disrespected the server, or broke many server rules.
